The Los Angeles Police Department (L.A.P.D.) is a human law enforcement department in the city of Los Angeles, California.
When they see the player committing acts such as murder, violence or breaking the Masquerade by using Kindred Disciplines, police officers will immediately open fire with no warning in response to the 
Criminal Violation. The player must then hide until the police's awareness dies down.
