The Giovanni Stronghold is home to the affluent and influential Giovanni family, a clan known for their incestuous and dirty power plays. It is only accessible during the quest Italian Dinner.

- There are several rooms with a lockpicking requirement of 10 in the first floor. One of them is a bathroom behind a door between the hall near the kitchen and the main hall. Inside are two female humans which one can hear from the corridor doing sniffing sounds, the implication being that they are consuming cocaine. Another locked room contains a guard and a lady in lingerie. None of the characters behind locked doors react to you entering the room.
- If placed next to the door of the reunion hall the speech given by Bruno Giovanni in private can be heard where he also reveals the reason of stealing the Ankaran Sarcophagus.
