"Smaller God" is a 2003 song performed by dark pop band Darling Violetta. It is heard inside the Empire Arms Hotels, a grand hotel in Downtown LA, and the Santa Monica Pier. While most other music in the game is heard playing in the background, an unidentified performer (possibly meant to be Darling Violetta) can be viewed performing the song on a stage in the hotel.
